A length of colored cloth that keeps your jacket closed....yeh but!

A good friend of mine once introduced me to a neighbour of his who wanted to meet me. Apparently, the neighbour had been reading my magazine articles for years, and it seems we had a lot in common.

The person in question walked in to the room, we extended our right hands and introduced ourselves to each other:
"Hi, I'm Mike"
"Hi Mike, I'm Tony, I'm a sixth dan."

I knew right then, we had nothing in common at all.
